Two of California’s new fast-moving blazes, the Zogg Fire in Shasta County and the Glass Fire in Napa and Sonoma Counties, continued to rage out of control Monday, killing three people and prompting the evacuation of thousands of people, The New York Times reports. Already, the fires burned more than 67,000 acres as of Monday night.
