Moody’s Warns Cities to Address Climate Risks or Face Downgrades

One of the nation’s top credit agencies, Moody’s Investors Service, is telling coastal cities that if they don’t mitigate risks from the effects of climate change, like rising seas and extreme storms, it could affect their credit ratings.
