A federal judge has ruled that a lawsuit challenging President Trump’s reversal of a ban on petroleum drilling in the Arctic Ocean and Atlantic can move forward. The environmental groups are arguing that while presidents can withdraw protections, the law makes doesn’t allow them to reopen areas.
