Inch Beach Nature Walk

Meeting at Sammy’s coffeeshop at 2pm on the 21st of May, Bernard Goggin, a naturalist with a lifestime’s experience of nature, will take people on an informative and exciting tour of Inch Beach. All welcome.

On the walk, Bernard will provide an introduction to the flowers of the dunes and driftline, and explain how Inch spit was created and what threats it now faces.

This is an easy beach walk for all demographics.

National Biodiversity Week 2017 runs from 19 – 27 May. It’s a nature themed week with many different events nationwide designed to entertain, inform and inspire people, young and old, to get interested in nature and take action to protect Ireland’s native plants and animals.
