Environmental groups sued the EPA today over former Administrator Scott Pruitt’s decision to stop enforcing a regulation meant to limit the number of “glider trucks”—super-polluting trucks with new bodies but old engines that don’t meet pollution standards. Pruitt issued the order on his last day, after announcing his resignation amid ethics scandals.
