Hurricane Willa was headed toward a stretch of Mexico’s Pacific coast on Tuesday, and the U.S. National Hurricane Center warned it was likely to bring “life-threatening storm surge, wind and rainfall” to parts of west-central and southwestern Mexico. The State has more on Willa’s potential impact as it cross into the U.S. this week toward the storm-ravaged Carolinas.
