Farmers in Ohio allege in a new lawsuit that a requirement increasing the distance that wind turbines must be from other structures violates the state constitution. Prior to the new law, 12 commercial-scale wind farms were approved by the Ohio Power Siting Board, but since the bill’s passage, there have been zero, according to the lawsuit.
