Kingston Coal Ash Spill: Judge Orders TVA Contractor to Negotiate with Sickened Workers

A federal judge is ordering a Tennessee Valley Authority contractor into mediation with clean-up workers who were sickened — some fatally — after unprotected long-term exposure to coal ash that spilled from the TVA Kingston Fossil Plant in Tennessee a decade ago.
