New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham on Tuesday endorsed the goals of the 2015 Paris climate agreement and committed her administration to aggressive targets for greenhouse gas emissions and clean energy development. She and new Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker are the 18th and 19th governors to join the U.S. Climate Alliance.
