Among eight additions announced to the EPA’s Science Advisory Board is John Christy, a climate skeptic often called on by Republicans opponents of climate regulations to testify before Congress. Christy has sowed doubt about climate science for years, as ICN has reported. At one point, Exxon urged the Bush administration to appoint him to head up its science effort.
