The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission has given Enbridge the green light to activate the pipeline company’s Valley Crossing Pipeline, a 165-mile pipeline that begins near Corpus Christi and ends under the seafloor in the Gulf of Mexico a few miles from the mouth of the Rio Grande.
