Dominion Energy says it will appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court after a lower court declined to reconsider a ruling that would have allowed the Atlantic Coast Pipeline to cross two national forests. Dominion also said it is looking at “legislative and administrative options” to allow the project to move forward.
