Two Senate Republicans—Josh Hawley of Missouri and Marsha Blackburn of Tennessee—have introduced a bill calling for moving most federal agencies outside of the nation’s capital. It follows similar efforts from the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Bureau of Land Management to move major portions of its staffers out of D.C. as well.
