In a video conference to a global citizen festival in Germany today, California Gov. Jerry Brown will issue a sweeping invitation to a climate action summit in San Francisco. “Yes, I know President Trump is trying to get out of the Paris agreement, but he doesn’t speak for the rest of America,” Brown says.
