The attorneys general of California and New Mexico filed a lawsuit yesterday against the Department of the Interior, alleging that the Trump administration illegally postponed requirements for companies to abide by methane regulations on lands overseen by the Bureau of Land Management. The lawsuit follows a court ruling against the EPA’s methane rule delay.
