For the Sunrise Movement’s D.C. Hub, a Call to Support the Movement for Black Lives

As protests calling for racial justice continue across the nation, some prominent climate groups are now turning their attention inward, looking for ways to better support the Black Lives Matter movement and diversify their own ranks. The D.C. chapter of the Sunrise Movement says it wants to fully integrate racial justice into all of its work on climate change and the Green New Deal.
