The Sierra Club and the Southern Border Communities Coalition, which includes more than 60 community and advocacy groups, filed a petition with the Supreme Court to lift an emergency stay that allowed construction of the U.S.-Mexico border wall to continue, despite another ruling that found funds for the wall were being used unlawfully.
