Pendley Says Court Decision Ousting Him From BLM Has Had ‘No Impact’

William Pendley, who a federal judge ordered last month to step down as acting head of the Bureau of Land Management, said the ruling has had “no impact whatsoever” on his role within the agency. Despite the court ruling that said Pendley “served unlawfully” and questioned decisions made during his tenure, Pendley said in a recent press interview that he was “still running the bureau.”
