American voters awoke Wednesday morning to apparent leads by the incumbent President Trump in two key battleground states: Pennsylvania and Michigan. But as mail-in votes continue to be tallied in those states, those leads could shrink or even disappear. In Pennsylvania, the results may ultimately prove whether Trump’s strategy to pit the fracking industry against Biden was successful.
