The Trump administration failed to meet a Monday deadline to inform Congress about which projects should receive funding stemming from bipartisan conservation legislation that was signed into law in early August, a top Democratic lawmaker told The Hill. The Great American Outdoors Act gave the Interior Department 90 days to name the projects chosen for funding.
