Court Ruling on HFCs Deals Another Blow to Paris Climate Goals

A federal court dealt a significant blow to hopes of the U.S. reaching its target under the Paris climate accord when it ruled the EPA lacked authority to regulate HFCs, a potent greenhouse gas used in refrigeration and air conditioning.
