Florida Gov. Rick Scott, who has doubted climate science, still won’t say whether he believes in human-caused climate change. When asked while on a tour of damage in the Florida Keys, he said “whether that’s cycles we’re going through or whether that’s man-made, I wouldn’t be able to tell you which one it is.”
