Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said in a television interview that “under the right conditions,” the U.S. could stay in the Paris climate agreement. Trump’s national security adviser, H.R. McMaster, expressed the same sentiment in a separate interview, while a White House spokeswoman said Trump’s position had not changed.
