The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission says it’s “inappropriate” for it to try to figure out the climate change impact of Florida’s Sabal Trail Pipeline after a federal appeals court ruled last month that it should have addressed that issue before approval. The court had told FERC to either quantify the climate impact or explain why it couldn’t.
