Children’s Climate Lawsuit Is Back in Court, and Doctors Are Backing Kids’ Health Risk Concerns

A federal appeals court will hear arguments today in the Juliana vs. United States case, brought by 21 children and young adults who are suing the government for failure to act on climate change. Some of the heaviest hitters in the public health arena—including 15 major health organization and two former U.S. surgeons general—are publicly backing up the young litigants.
