Since his swearing in as EPA deputy director on April 20, Andrew Wheeler has had at least three meetings with former lobbying clients, violating promises he made to avoid conflicts of interest, E&E reports, citing public documents. Wheeler, now EPA acting director, also has attended events that included people connected to former lobbying clients.
