A draft obtained by Bloomberg of the Green New Deal legislative package calls for guaranteed jobs, health care and housing, but doesn’t include a ban on fossil fuels that has been sought by some supporters. Legislation, likely to be introduced this week in Congress, is being crafted by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Sen. Ed Markey.
