EPA Science Integrity Panel Says Pruitt’s Climate Denial Is Permissible

An internal EPA review says Scott Pruitt did not violate the agency’s scientific integrity policy when he denied that carbon dioxide is the main contributor to global warming. The report said the policy “explicitly protects differing opinions.”
