The Federal Emergency Management Agency is avoiding all mention of climate change when talking about its response to Hurricane Maria. At an event on Tuesday, a FEMA official said he is “agnostic as to what the threat is” and is focusing on resiliency. “Resiliency” is the term the Trump administration often uses where the Obama administration used “climate change.”
