FirstEnergy Solutions says it has reached a “restructuring support agreement” with its creditors and hopes to emerge from bankruptcy this fall. But it still wants Ohio lawmakers to create a customer-paid subsidy. It previously asked to the Trump administration for a rare emergency order to help support its nuclear and coal-burning power plants.
