From Beef to Palm Oil, Investors Worry about Climate Risk in the Food Industry

Powerful shareholders have pressured oil companies like Exxon to disclose their climate-related risks. Now, they’re going after food companies that use or produce beef, palm oil and soy. This year, 131 climate-related resolutions have been filed with food and beverage companies.
