Garden Birds and their Songs

Meet at 7.30 p.m.
Learn 8 garden bird songs. We start indoors with a one hour presentation about our song birds, their evolution, behaviours during each season and where we also listen to recordings of 8 key birdsongs. And, sadly recall the disappearance of some species and note the decline in numbers of others while noting the presence of new arrivals. This is followed by a walk in the woods and by the river to hear and identify bird song in the wild.
