Army Corps of Engineers lawyers are urging a federal judge not to shut down the Dakota Access Pipeline while regulators conduct another environmental review. The lawyers said there is a “serious possibility” that a new review will reaffirm an earlier conclusion that the pipeline is unlikely to leak into Lake Oahe, the water source of the Standing Rock Sioux tribe.
