As sea levels rise, hundreds of toxic Superfund sites along the East and Gulf coasts are increasingly being threatened by flooding, which could spread contaminants into neighborhoods. A new study from the Union of Concerned Scientists shows how serious that threat has grown, especially for low-income communities of color.
