Republicans in Congress failed to support meaningful climate and environmental laws last year, while Democrats voted for environment and public health issues most of the time, according to the League of Conservation Voters’ annual National Environmental Score Card. House Republicans had an average score of 8 percent compared to House Democrats’ 90 percent.
