The Oklahoma Bar Association has opened an investigation into an ethics complaint against Scott Pruitt, now EPA administrator. The complaint says documents released through an Open Records Act lawsuit appear to contradict Pruitt’s sworn testimony that he did not use a personal email address to conduct official business as Oklahoma’s attorney general.
