Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Wolf said the state will follow through on its plan to join the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative, a power-sector carbon cap and trade scheme between several East Coast states. The governor’s comment comes after more than 50 state lawmakers asked the governor to rescind his executive order that begins the state’s bid to enter into the initiative.
