Enbridge Energy Partners, which plans to expand its Line 3 pipeline through northern Minnesota, spent just over $11 million lobbying Minnesota state government last year, data released this week by the Minnesota Campaign Finance and Public Disclosure Board shows. That was about a one-seventh of the state total, MPR reports. It also topped the list last year at $5.3 million.
