Energy Secretary Rick Perry is planning to leave the Trump administration and working on the terms and timing of his departure, according to two people familiar with the plans. Perry has been preparing his top deputy, Dan Brouillette, for the transition, sources said. An Energy Department spokeswoman rejected the idea that Perry would be leaving any time soon.
