Top Economists: $40+ Carbon Price Needed to Meet Paris Climate Goal

A new report by some of the world’s leading economists says that to change behaviors and shift investments away from fossil fuels, carbon emissions will have to be priced at $40 to $80 per ton by 2020, and $50 to $100 per ton by 2030.
