In response to climate change lawsuits and investigations, the National Association of Manufacturer (NAM) has launched an effort to go after what it calls a coordinated campaign that “jeopardizes the ability of all manufacturers to continue growing.” NAM identifies those behind the campaign as “trial lawyers, public officials, deep-pocketed foundations and other activists.”
