Trial Date Set for Children’s Climate Lawsuit Challenging U.S. Government

The trial for the landmark lawsuit brought by 21 children and young adults over the U.S. government’s alleged failure to address climate change will start on Feb. 5, 2018. The U.S. Justice Department has repeatedly tried to stall the lawsuit.
