The Trump administration today plan to finalize its repeal of the “waters of the U.S.” rule involving how much power the federal government should have to regulate the wetlands and tributaries that feed into the nation’s largest rivers. The administration said it plans to finalize its own definitions for what waters deserve federal protection in the coming months.
