The Trump administration on Wednesday approved a right-of-way grant allowing for the construction of the controversial Keystone XL pipeline across 44 miles of land in Montana. The pipeline can now cross federally managed land but still requires permission from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. It also faces court challenges.
