The Trump administration approved an expansion of Enbridge Energy’s Line 67 pipeline, known as the Alberta Clipper, allowing it to nearly double its capacity at the crossing between Canada and North Dakota to about 890,000 barrels per day. If completed, it would carry more oil than Keystone XL.
