President Trump said on Tuesday that EPA Acting Administrator Andrew Wheeler was doing a good job and might be nominated to permanently take on the role. Wheeler, a former coal industry lobbyist who has made clear that Trump’s environmental rollbacks will continue, took over after Administrator Scott Pruitt resigned amid scandal in July.
