President Trump revoked America’s 2010 oceans policy on Tuesday and announced a replacement that shifts the focus away from climate concerns and conservation and toward economic development. It deletes the call for improving the nation’s “capacity to respond to climate change and ocean acidification” and references to “social justice” and “biological diversity.”
