U.S. Refuses to Join G7 Climate Change Declaration, Becomes a Footnote

The G7 environment ministers – minus the U.S. – issued a strong statement of support for the Paris climate agreement. EPA administrator Scott Pruitt ducked out early, and in a footnote, the U.S. declined to participate in the climate sections.
