The Trump administration plans to significantly weaken federal rules aimed at curbing greenhouse gas emissions through more energy-efficient light bulbs. The move would eliminate a rule that would require most light bulbs sold in the U.S. to be energy-efficient fluorescent or LED, rather than incandescent ones.
