The EPA barred reporters from the Associated Press, CNN and E&E News from attending a summit on water contaminants, and guards shoved one of the reporters out of the building. EPA officials said there was not enough seating, despite photos showing plenty of open seats. The agency later said all reporters would be welcome to the summit’s afternoon sessions.
